About Us

A reformer Pilates studio offering 50+ group classes per week, with clinical and private Pilates sessions also available.

We offer three different styles of group reformer Pilates classes. Open level is great for anyone wanting to start or build their Pilates experience. Our experienced instructors give lots of option including the use of hand weights to increase strength. We also offer cardio based reformer Pilates workouts to get the heart rate up and Stretch and Restore classes to reduce stress and bring the heart rate down. So whatever you’re after, reformer Pilates is a fun way to get a solid workout that is gentle on the joints so you can maintain consistent practice. After just a few sessions members often report less back pain, reduced stress, improved strength and better sleep.

We welcome everyone of any fitness level, no previous experience is required. With ample parking directly outside the entrance, come and see why Pilates at TRS will be the right fit for you.

Meet The Team


Ella has been practising Pilates for over a decade. Noticing the many physical and mental health rewards from consistent practice, Ella was keen to open a space for her local community to share in the benefits that Pilates has to offer. Ella is also a Nurse Practitioner and has completed her Clinical Pilates Diploma, a combination that ensures she has a sound understanding of various health conditions and injuries and how they may impact movement.


Kate comes from a dance background and found Pilates after recovering from injury. She has a passion and wealth of knowledge for human movement and has completed her Clinical Diploma in Pilates. Kate has a warm and bubbly personality that makes classes fun but still a tough workout.


Samantha found Pilates at a time she was frustrated dealing with regular injuries. Pilates gives her a full body workout and leaves her feeling balanced. Samantha has also completed her Clinical Diploma in Pilates at Breathe. Samantha’s favourite thing about being an instructor is watching clients become stronger and more confident with the amazing things their bodies can do.


Erin was introduced to Pilates as a way to complement her training as a powerlifter and although her belt wearing days are over her passion continues with teaching strength and conditioning through Pilates. People rave about Erin’s classes as she has a way to push you that bit further than you thought possible and get the most out of your workout.
