What should I bring and wear to class?

We recommend bringing just the minimum to class. A water bottle, sweat towel if you need and your keys.

Wear your usual gym clothes. You will not be wearing shoes for the classes, grip socks are available for purchase in studio.

Which class is suited to me?

We have kept class options simple to assist you navigating the right choice.

You can read the class descriptions on our website. If you are new to reformer pilates we recommend you arrive early to chat with your instructor.

We would not recommend starting with a cardio class if it is your first time.

What facilities are available?

There is ample parking at the front of the studio

There is toilet and kitchen area

How many classes should I be doing per week?

We always say one class per week is better than none! People often see optimal results from attending 2-3 classes per week. Please speak with your trainer in studio if you have further questions about this

How many people are in the class?

Class sizes are a maximum of 10 people.

Is there an age restriction?

The studio allows for participants over the age of 16.

Pregnancy

We welcome and encourage pre and post natal clients to attend Pilates.

How do I know if group or 1:1 is most suited to me?

We recommend you review the class descriptions and if you have more questions, call the studio so we can discuss.

1:1 sessions are excellent for those new to Pilates, those wanting a specific training program, if you have injuries or specific health conditions.
