You can read the class descriptions on our website. If you are new to reformer pilates we recommend you arrive early to chat with your instructor.
We would not recommend starting with a cardio class if it is your first time.

We always say one class per week is better than none! People often see optimal results from attending 2-3 classes per week. Please speak with your trainer in studio if you have further questions about this

We welcome and encourage pre and post natal clients to attend Pilates.
