What should I bring and wear to class?

We recommend bringing a water bottle and sweat towel.

There are storage boxes to store belongings/jumpers/shoes

Wear your usual gym clothes. You will not be wearing shoes for the classes.

Which class is suited to me?

We have kept classes simple to begin to assist you navigating the right choice.

One Red Spring is beginner class (Please see description under classes). If you are new to reformer pilates we recommend you arrive early to chat with your instructor.

Springs Plus is a more advanced option

What facilities are available?

There is ample parking at the front of the studio

There is toilet and kitchen area

There is a waiting area at the front of the studio where you are welcome to come in and relax prior to starting your class

How many classes should I be doing per week?

We always say one class per week is better than none! People often see optimal results from attending 2-3 classes per week. Please speak with your trainer in studio if you have further questions about this

How many people are in the class?

Class sizes are a maximum of 8 people.

Is there an age restriction?

The studio allows for participants over the age of 16.

Pregnancy

We welcome and encourage pre and post natal clients to attend Pilates.

It is your responsibility to notify the trainer of your pregnancy or returning to exercise in the post natal period (six weeks or longer post partum).

Please seek the advice of your medical practitioner if Pilates is suitable for you during pregnancy.

Post natal clients must receive clearance from their medical practitioner at their six week check up to commence Pilates.

How do I know if group or 1:1 is most suited to me?

We recommend you review the class descriptions and ask your trainer.

1:1 sessions are excellent for those new to Pilates, those wanting a specific training program, if you have injuries or specific health conditions. To be used within six months from date of purchase
