Reformer Cardio

The perfect workout for Pilates regulars and fitness enthusiasts in and around Essendon North looking for something more fast-paced. We’ll keep you moving with moderate-intensity cardio intervals and a combination of equipment to keep your heart rate elevated.

If it gets too much at any point, feel free to hit pause and catch your breath before continuing. The point is to listen to your body and go as hard as you can without injuring yourself.
