Our Hadfield community of Pilates enthusiasts invites you and your friends to join our high-energy, exhilarating Reformer Cardio class. We know you’ll enjoy the adrenaline rush from our heart-rate boosting cardio intervals.

It’s the natural progression in your Pilates journey if you’ve been doing it for a while and feel the need to up the intensity. That said, the movements can be progressed or regressed to your individual pace.
