Reformer Cardio

Perfectly suited for seasoned Pilates regulars around the Reservoir area looking to add a cardio boost to their Pilates workout. You’ll enjoy the heart-pumping rush of adrenaline from moderate-intensity dynamic movements using a variety of equipment.

Feel free to take a breather whenever you need to though; being mindful of your limits and listening to your body is just as important as knowing when to push yourself.
