Those on memberships will be charged a $10 fee for no shows or late cancels.
To be fair and consistent to everyone no exceptions will be made.
Due to so many people not showing for their class and not cancelling themselves, we have had to introduce a $10 no show fee. If you do not attend and have not cancelled yourself, you will be charged a $10 fee that will be deducted from your card on file and needs to be paid before you attend your next class.
We encourage booking in to waiting lists as there is a likely chance you will be added to the class. You can be added from the waitlist up to 30 minutes prior to class starting. It is your responsibility to check you have been added from the waitlist and also to cancel yourself from the list if you no longer wish you attend. Please do so via the online booking system only.
We understand you may be running late. Late attendance can sometimes be disruptive to class and to your workout. Late attendance up to 10 minutes from start of class may not be accepted.
