Two Week Trial

The Two Week Trial is valid for new clients only. Only available to be purchased once. To be used within 14 days from first class attendance. Your first class counts as day one.  There will not be extensions to the two weeks, we recommend booking your sessions in advance.

Class Bookings

Classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance.

On rare occasions, classes may need to be cancelled. If this occurs you will be notified as early as possible via text or email and a class payment will not be deducted.


Cancellations must be made outside 9 hours of class commencement.

Cancellations must be made by the person who booked it via the MOMENCE app or website.  We do not accept DMs, emails, calls etc to cancel your class.

Classes cancelled inside of the 9 hours will forfeit that class payment,

Those on memberships will be charged in accordance with their membership contract.

COVID19 – if you need to late cancel a class due to having to test and isolate, it will still be deducted as a late cancellation.  We understand this is difficult but to be fair to our trainers and continue running the studio we need to uphold late cancellations.

To be fair and consistent to everyone no exceptions will be made.

Waiting Lists

We encourage booking into waiting lists as there is a likely chance you will be added to the class. You can be added from the waitlist up to 30 minutes prior to class starting. You are sent an SMS from MOMENCE when you have been added.


it is your responsibility to check the MOMENCE app if you have been added from the waitlist and also to cancel yourself from the list if you no longer wish to attend. Please do so via the online booking system only.

Late Attendance

We understand you may be running late. Late attendance can sometimes be disruptive to class and to your workout. Late attendance up to 10 minutes from the start of class may not be accepted and it is at the discretion of your instructor.

Payments and passes

Please check the expiration date on your class pack of choice.

Packs and passes cannot be transferred or refunded. If you are injured or there is an unexpected event that prevents you from attending class for an extended period of time, please contact the studio owner directly via email to discuss.

Another person cannot take your place in class. Only the person who has made payment can attend the class they are booked in to.

Personal Belongings

By booking into a class, you agree that Two Red Springs Pilates is not responsible for your personal belongings. Please consider bringing only the minimum you need into class and keep it at your station during class. Please remove any loose hanging jewellery such as necklaces prior to coming to class.


For everyone’s safety, children are not permitted to wait in the studio while classes are on.


Please consider others and turn your phone on silent at the beginning of class. If you are on call or must have your phone, you are welcome to have it next to you on silent.

By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms and conditions.
